Super Bowl 2015 Ads: What are the big names in the Super Bowl commercials?

While the NFL wild-card week is over, the Divisional playoff round approaches with eight teams left vying for the two spots in the 2015 Super Bowl on February 1 in Glendale, Arizona.

In the NFC, Dallas meets Green Bay and Carolina faces Seattle. In the AFC, Denver hosts Indianapolis and New England plays Baltimore. Two of these teams, one each from the AFC and NFC, will be playing in the Super Bowl 2015.

It has been a tradition in Super Bowl that the Super Bowl ads and commercials will not be left off. In this upcoming Super Bowl, marketers and advertisers are looking for a place to show forth their new products or services.

Though the 30-second Super Bowl ads costs $4.5 million during the game, the companies do not fear of taking part of the big event. These advertisers are willing to spend the money just to bring their new brands into the television viewers which can be seen by over 100 million individuals.

Super Bowl Ads can be categorized into: automotive, insurance & finance, food and beverage, fashion, movies, packaged goods, telecom and tech, travel, online brands and brands backing out.

According to Adweek, Nissan, Toyota and Mercedez-Benz will join in grabbing some of the 30-second spots in the automotive category. Anheuser-Bush, Doritos and Snickers will participate in the food and beverages category.

In the movie category, the fourth installment of the Jurassic Park franchise will have a trailer for the Jurassic World. Godaddy will always be part of the Super Bowl Commercials, will the ads be controversial again?
