Preview:

LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers will seek another win as they face the Golden State Warriors in Game 3 of the NBA Finals 2015 at the Quicken Loans Arena.

James is averaging a whopping 41.5 points, 12 rebounds and 8.5 assists through the two Finals games. James posted a triple-double of 39 points, 16 rebounds and 11 assists in Game 2. However, James is shooting 36.5 shots per game while 18.6 shots only in regular season. The increase of shots shows the need of the Cavaliers for another player to take control of the offense. Losing Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love has attributed to these numbers.

After two thrilling games at Golden State, the Cavaliers fans will the the moments to cheer for their team, which ha the momentum by winning Game 2, 95-93. Matthew Dellavedova and Tristan Thompson will be the other ingredients for the Cavs to make an upset, they are underdogs at home in Game 3. Delladova is credited to shooting woes of Warriors’ Stephen Curry in Game 2. If the Aussie point guard could contain this year’s MVP, then the Cavaliers will have another opportunity at the end to win this game.

The Golden State Warriors went on to Game 2 tape to look what actually happened. The high-octane offense of the Warriors was contained throughout the game, though they rallied back in the fourth quarter. Coach Steve Kerr understands the situation and his team is ready to play out the game plan for tonight. Probably, the biggest thing for the Warriors to do is to limit Cavs James in all areas of the floor.

One of the reasons the Warriors couldn’t do what they usually do was the shooting problem of point guard Curry who was 5-for-23 from the field and 2-for-15 on 3-pointers. It’s not exactly what the Warriors wanted but Curry was bothered by the defense of Dellavedova, who was tagged as dirty in the previous outings of the Cavs. Curry was the missing link in Game 2 for Golden State.

Curry disputed the notion that he was affected by the hard fall in Game 4 of the Western Conference finals, which bruised his head and left the right side of his body sore. He has shot 34 percent from the field and 22 percent on 3s in the three full games since the fall. He might be probably thinking about what happened to the hard fouls of Dellavedova in the recent series in the Eastern Conference.

The Warriors must be able to run their offense through Curry and they must be able to stop James. Andre Iguodala should have to handle James or else the Warriors will go down 2-1 in the series.
