President Rodrigo Roa Duterte will deliver his second State of the Nation Address on Monday at the Plenary Hoall of the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City.

Duterte is expected to last for about 50 minutes in his speech, Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said. From the original of 38-page speech, it was compress to only 18 pages.
